It turns out there might actually be something useful in SkyMall after all. Sometimes when you’re traveling there are a few places you come across where you’d rather not make any bodily contact with the floors, counters, ceiling or really anything at all. Now you can place a barrier between your body and those germ-infested spots with a SaniSquare.
SaniSquares are soft, water-proof cotton pads that can be placed on floors, counters or tabletops to provide a barrier between you and anything gross. With a little imagination, we’re sure you could find a way to use them just about anywhere. They’re great for changing a baby’s diaper in strange places.
The squares come in sizes both large and small and contain a fluid resistant barrier in case you’ve got to stop at a sketchy roadside restroom and the floors are in some less than kosher conditions.
You don’t have to use them as just a barrier between you and the floor, though; you can put your personal belongings on them too. The creators claims they work well as airplane headrests and can even be used as makeshift pillows in a pinch.
They’re both portable and disposable, and the website claims they’re even gluten free. You probably shouldn’t be putting them anywhere near your mouth, though.
