Traveling with a young child in tow comes with a myriad of complications, not least of which includes strapping them into the car. Whether you’re driving across state lines to visit grandma or renting a vehicle overseas it’s important to keep your kid safe, which is why the mifold Grab-n-Go Booster seat is a great tool for millennial parents.
Regular booster seats are bulky and impossible to travel with effectively while some kids are too big to sit in one, but also too small for an adult seatbelt. The mifold aims to fix this by adjusting the adult seatbelt to fit a child. It comes equipped with two red lap belt clips that hold your seatbelt to the kid’s hips and a shoulder strap/clip combo that aligns the chest strap with the child’s shoulder. All of this comes in a package barely bigger than a clutch purse.
At only 10 inches by 5 inches by 2 inches in size and weighing as heavy as a bottle of water, it’s easy to pack into any bag so your kid can carry it everywhere. It’s also incredibly durable. The bulk of the mifold is made of plastic polymer for superior impact resistance and aircraft-grade aluminum. It also has foam-padding tech to help keep it cool on hot days.
The mifold is designed with children from ages 4 to 12 in mind, weighing between 40 pounds and 100 pounds. At only $44.99 we think it’s a great deal for those on the go with kids. U.S. orders can be placed online at mifold.com.
