Outdoor Products’ Power Pack Active is the backpack for uber-organized urbanites. The myriad bells and whistles on this pack require some attention to get a handle on, but they’re incredibly useful. The company has thought of just about everything when it comes to building a backpack for city use.

The pack fits 30 liters, a reasonable size for a day in the city. The pack consists of a large main compartment that fits items like clothes, shoes or large books. And there are pockets specifically designed for everything else: a smartphone pocket with headphone port, a padded laptop sleeve, a waterbottle pocket, a smaller front pocket for snacks and keys and a hidden stow pocket for valuables.

The pack also includes a pouch for a yoga mat, with a strap that holds it in place outside of the pack. And finally, there’s a handy wet/dry pouch perfect for a wet rain jacket or muddy shoes. Luckily, there’s a handy guide for understanding all of these various elements.

You certainly don’t need to utilize all of these elements to find the pack useful, but should you have a wide range of needs this pack covers it all. Were the pack waterproof, too, it would be even more attractive.
