Fireworks join poolside hangs and refreshing cocktails for a fun summer at Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The hotel will celebrate its 50th anniversary in conjunction with July 4th by offering an exclusive hotel package, comedy shows and three nights of spectacular fireworks.
The Plaza’s rooftop pool offers a retro, Palm Springs meets classic downtown Las Vegas vibe. Private cabana rental and Cabana 101, which offers bottle service and mixers for $101, are also available.
As the margarita also turns 50, the hotel’s Golden Margarita, made with Sauza Gold tequila, will be $5 at all casino bars this summer. Frozen margaritas in a pool souvenir cup are $29, with discounted refills, and in a souvenir disco ball for $10.
On Friday, July 2, and Saturday, July 3, The Comedy Works at the Plaza welcomes headliners Robert Kelly and Kurt Metzger for an 8 p.m. show. The brightest highlight of the weekend, though, will be the end of each night, July 2–4, with fireworks lighting up the night sky.
