Helping travelers avoid drama and issues with the Transportation Security Administration is The Shrine Co., a new service in the luggage industry dedicated to assisting the modern male traveler.
After a decade of working in the design and development departments for major corporate brands such as Swissgear and Victorinox, founder Fernando Robert launched his own line of convenient men’s travel bags. Following an unsuccessful Kickstarter campaign, Robert partnered with marketing expert and streetwear veteran Dre Pabon to launch new profitable beginnings without outside funding.
The Shrine Co. offers exclusive designs in TSA compliance for carry-on regulations featuring various pockets and panels built in to organize personal belongings.
Retailing at $150–325, products include the weekender, duffel and daypack in three different color options (black, olive and red), giving travelers a variety of options. Each bag features compartments and slots specifically designed to stow up to four pairs of shoes, iPad, laptop, charging gear, photography equipment, watches, passport, hats, apparel and many more conveniences. Made with premium fabrics sourced from Korea such as 1050 Denier Nylon, all products are built to withstand the test of time.
Travelers can find the goods at Foot Locker, high-end specialty boutiques such as Wish, Leaders and 12AMRUN, and online.
