Tiktaalik took the three most common kitchen knives and made them smaller, more lightweight and easier to clean, in large part by removing the cumbersome handles. As the handle is no thicker than the blade itself, the three knives essentially take up the same space as one kitchen knife.
A small paring knife, a serrated knife and a compact chef’s knife mean your principal cooking needs will be addressed, packaged inside a compact aluminum case which is both safe and easy to pack.
