Kickstarter is awash with supposedly innovative luggage, but the ProGo has a twist.
Not only does it promise to protect your gear from the bumps and bruises of travel, the bag itself has a built-in Bluetooth anti-loss device which means you can keep track of your ProGo.
The bag also contains a power bar, which lets you charge all of your electronics after you connect it to a wall socket through a dedicated port in the side of the bag. The shoulder and chest straps pack away to convert from a backpack to a briefcase, while functionality is improved even further thanks to removable modular pods for camera gear.
If you’re not traveling with a camera, remove the pod and use the space to keep your clothes flat. A separate shoe compartment keeps your smelly footwear away from clean clothes, and the whole package is attractively designed.
More than 400 people pledged to bring the ProGo to life, and they will receive their bags around June. For those who missed out, there is no word on when further orders will be taken.
The ProGo offers great functionality for photographers and other users, and it looks as though the bag will be a success.
