The ultimate travel companion, Space Case 1 luggage from Planet Traveler is one of the most technologically advanced suitcases available.
The next generation of luggage comes equipped with a variety of tech conveniences, such as free worldwide GPS tracking, a digital scale integrated into the wheels, a Bluetooth speaker and microphone and a 10-year warranty with 24-hour repair worldwide.
Luggage also features biometric fingerprint locking for up to five travelers and anti-theft proximity security. When the app moves beyond 40 feet from your case, the phone is notified and an alarm can be set to sound through the case speaker.
A downloadable smartphone app controls all features and is designed to serve as a personal travel assistant, offering on-demand information for departure and arrival times and gates.

We didn’t set out to just design a smart suitcase. Our goal was to be the first to offer a full line of attractive smart luggage.”
Planet Traveler launched the Space Case 1 on Kickstarter this month to fund the first orders. Interested users can purchase both carry-on- and check-in-sized cases in a ton of different exterior colors and textures. Early crowd-funding supporters can take advantage of significant discounts off the retail prices starting from $199.
