Upscape announced a new set of small group trips to South America, perfect for travelers looking for a group tour with a social focus. The four- to nine-day excursions highlight special interests, including culinary, artistic and active hobbies, while encouraging interaction, conversation and exploration among group members.
“Since we launched Upscape 15 years ago, our focus has been on creating and hosting the most unique and custom private itineraries in intimate settings,” said Brian Pearson, founder, Upscape. “And now, the next generation is traveling more frequently and looking to connect with locals and other, likeminded people from around the world … we see travel as a way to promote self-development in new settings that present unique perspectives and challenges.”
Tours include a Best of Chile: Slopes and Ski Resorts experience (for nine days skiing across the Andes and enjoying the country’s resorts and wineries); a Lakes and Volcanoes by Bike experience (for a week circling through Patagonia’s fjords, volcanoes, forests and lake shores); and a Ski-In/Wine-Out experience, to combine the active with the culinary.
Other tours are being announced on an ongoing basis. The experiences are bookable for travel starting in August.
