Calling all cheese lovers! Cheese Journeys is a tour operator specializing in cheese-centric food tours around the world. This Labor Day weekend, the group is hosting a tour to Philadelphia, and Chester County, Pa., to highlight the best cheese Pennsylvania has to offer.
Founded in 2013, Cheese Journeys takes food enthusiasts on customized culinary journeys around the world with a focus on fromage. On the first-ever Pennsylvania tour, guests will spend four days exploring and tasting the best cheeses, spirits, wine, beer and cuisine from Chester County and Philadelphia. The tour begins with a private tour of Philadelphia’s iconic Italian Market and its famous specialty gourmet shop, DiBruno Bros., with a stop at Termini Brothers Italian bakery. Next, the tour moves to Chester County for lodging at Grace Winery. The idyllic winery also serves as host for workshops, a wine and cheese walking tour, cooking demos, meals and visits with area cheesemakers. Once back in Philadelphia, the group will take a tour and tasting at Rowhouse Spirits distillery and enjoy a final dinner to mark the conclusion of the tour.
The tour runs Sept. 1–4. Pricing starts at $1,950 per person for double occupancy and $2,150 for single occupancy. The cost of the tour includes three nights’ lodging, three breakfasts, three lunches and three dinners, expenses related to classes and tours and transportation during the trip. Round-trip transportation or airfare to Philadelphia is not included.

United Continues Its Global Expansion
United Airlines keeps soaring to new heights, recently announcing another expansion of its leading global route network.
