Looking at the endless array of power, protein and nutrition bars in the grocery store and not sure which option is best for you? Don’t spend hours reading labels. Just grab one of these bars created to fit your specific nutritional needs.

Calcium

If you need more calcium in your diet, whether you’re lactose intolerant or vegan or just living a dairy-free lifestyle, calcium can easily be found in Health Warrior Chia Bars. Chia seeds are a great source of calcium, and Health Warrior Chia Bars in the coconut variety serve it up at a nice ratio of 180 milligrams per ounce. Plus, there’s plenty of omega-6s.

Fiber

NuGo Fiber d’Lish bars contain high soluble fiber, to help your gut stay healthy. After all, if you’re having tummy trouble, your whole body is going to feel the effects. Plus, the banana walnut variety of this bar has plenty of prebiotics to give your belly bacteria a boost.

Protein

Need more protein as you take on a new workout regimen? Quest protein bars offer up 20 grams of protein, with low fat and low sugar, making them optimal for many athletes. Plus, the array of flavors makes it easy for you to find one you like.

Omega-3s

If you’re looking for Omega-3s to boost your overall health and energy, but want to steer clear of fish oil supplements, go with Oatmega. They offer plenty of Omega-3s, plus a healthy dose of protein (14 grams). The sugar content is low and there are eight different flavors.
