People die even under strict police surveillance. It’s a page-turner and has an ending that some won’t see coming.

Written by Alafair Burke, the bestselling author behind The Ex, comes a new, modern tale about a woman who needs to make a choice. The wife of a liberal Manhattan media figure must decide whether or not she will stick by her husband, who is accused of sexual misconduct. This novel comes at the height of the #MeToo movement and is perfect for those that can’t get enough of the stories.
