In 2012, husband and wife team Trey and Ashleigh Lockerbie started brewing up artisan batches of this drink. Unlike other kombuchas, Better Booch focuses on high-quality ingredients and small batches. They never add sugar, juices, syrups or powders to their drinks — only herbs and tea from The Art of Tea.
