So, what can you expect from some of Wylde Table’s first culinary tours?

The inaugural retreat is bookable Aug. 9–19, with guests invited to stay for two nights, during which they’ll enjoy access to Michelin-starred chefs and chef’s table-like experiences, as well as chef demonstrations, foraging experiences and active adventures from boat days to picnics. This first retreat is set at Duredon House in Exmoor, with its nine suites and private estate setting. Chefs scheduled to attend include Kate Austen and Paddy Williams, both with backgrounds working at Michelin-starred restaurants.
