Jones Soda Co. has been around for a while; you probably recognize the brand from its line of craft sodas available in a range of unique flavors. However, now, the brand moves into the world of nootropics, or products designed to “hack” your lifestyle by improving cognitive ability, creativity and more. While nootropics is a trendy concept that’s gained popularity over the last few years, it’s nothing new — technically, your morning coffee is considered a nootropic.
So, what does Jones Soda have up its sleeves? The brand partners with Wesana Health and Mike Tyson to develop a line of “liquid supplements designed to promote focus, clarity and support brain health.” At first, the supplements will be available in two flavors, Tyson’s Punch and Tiger Blood, both described as “fruity, crisp and flavor-forward.” Both also include the same active ingredients: caffeine, mycelium, Lion’s Mane extract, l-theanine and n-acetyl tyrosine.
While you already know the various mental benefits of caffeine, the other ingredients listed are known to assist with a range of concerns, including dementia, nerve damage, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness and dopamine production.
The two flavors are currently available for pre-order, at $22 for a four-pack.
