With all the concern surrounding global warming, people are more conscious about plastic usage. Straws are made out of plastic and are hurting more than just the environment. Straws get thrown into the ocean and injure sea turtles and other sea life. Some states have gone as far as banning plastic straws and replacing them with paper or bamboo. Some people even buy their own reusable straws.

The most popular reusable straws are made of metal or silicone. Reusable straws come in different sizes and colors. Most come with a silicone top for comfort and a cleaning brush to get to those hard-to-reach spots and make sure it’s fully clean.

You can also buy foldable and collapsible straws that fit perfectly in a purse; some even come as a keychain. One of the more popular brands is FinalStraw. These are a little on the expensive side, but worth the money. If you don’t want to splurge on a straw, there are plenty of cheaper options. I have a Flyby reusable straw, much cheaper and still reliable.

If you are interested in buying a reusable straw, head to Amazon to find the best options. You can buy a single straw or a set. Reusable straws range in price, depending on the material and quality.
