Six Senses Vana announces the launch of its new Women’s Wellness Program Retreats, developed by the property’s team of doctors and wellness professionals to help women navigate typical life phases with a focus on the health of mind, body and spirit. The first two retreats are Embrace Your Cycle (hormone balancing) and Mindful Menopause Journey.
In celebration of International Women’s Month, Six Senses released these retreats specifically for women’s health. Two more, Pre-Natal Care and Post-Natal Recovery, will launch in May to honor Mother’s Day.
The Embrace Your Cycle Retreat is perfect for women of all ages experiencing hormone imbalances but particularly focuses on women in their 20s and 30s. The 10-night retreat helps women understand, optimize and manage hormonal rhythms, as well as provide women with a better understanding of their cycles. The retreat addresses imbalances due to various lifestyle factors and empowers women to achieve enhanced physical and mental wellbeing. Learn tools and other knowledge to help regain control over our bodies by achieving better hormonal balance.
Guests who book the retreat can expect a stay in a garden room; all meals included; and a customized program that includes a variety of sessions, treatments, therapies, yoga, fitness, meditation, breath-work, Sowa Rigpa (Tibetan Healing), Ayurvedic treatment and Natural Therapies.
The Mindful Menopause Journey is an empowering, seven-night retreat for women going through menopause. Developed as a holistic wellness experience, it focuses on this transitional phase in a woman’s life that comes with a unique set of physical, emotional and mental changes and challenges. The journey was crafted to support and empower women by giving them tools and wellness strategies to help manage symptoms and thrive during this difficult phase of life.
