TAP Air Portugal recently announced a massive expansion across its U.S. network with three new seasonal routes to Portugal. These new routes make TAP Air Portugal the only carrier to offer them nonstop:

Boston to Porto

Service between Boston (BOS) and Porto (OPO) begins May 14 and will operate Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday through Oct. 25. Round-trip fares start at $529 when purchased by Dec. 17.

Los Angeles to Lisbon

The airline will also launch a seasonal route between Los Angeles (LAX) and Lisbon (LIS) starting May 16. This route operates Tuesday, Friday and Sunday through May 25 before adding a fourth weekly frequency on Saturdays, which will remain in effect until Oct. 25.

San Francisco to Terceira

Travelers can fly between San Francisco (SFO) and Terceira (TER) from June 3 through Aug. 26. This service will operate weekly on Tuesdays.

Looking ahead to next summer, TAP Air Portugal will offer more than 100 weekly flights from 11 North American gateways. Currently, the airline flies from seven U.S. gateways.

“We’re tremendously excited to announce new service from Logan to Porto, LAX to Lisbon and SFO to the Azores,” said Carlos Antunes, director for Americas, TAP Air Portugal. “Los Angeles will become TAP’s eighth US gateway. And, of course, all three new routes include our popular Portugal Stopover program where you can enjoy up to 10 days in Portugal enroute to any of our destinations in Europe, or on the way home, for no additional airfare.”

Platform Helps Remote Workers, Business Travelers Find Work-Friendly Hotels

If you’ve ever attempted to work on the go — not necessarily for a business trip, but just because your job offers the flexibility of remote working — you may have struggled with working from your hotel room. Your options are typically plugging your laptop in next to a tiny in-room table, if you’re lucky, or you’re stuck answering emails from your hotel bed — hardly conducive to productivity.
