Holiday travelers to Chicago looking for an offer to delight one’s culinary senses needn’t look any further than The James Chicago and its award-winning steakhouse, David Burke’s Primehouse.
The Chicago Foodies offer includes a three-course Chef’s Tasting Menu for two provided by Executive Chef Dino Tsaknis at Primehouse; coursed wine pairings selected by certified sommelier, Matthew Bills; a private tour of the Himalayan salt-titled dry aging room where all of the Primehouse steaks are aged on premise; and two after-dinner drinks at JIMMY at The James Chicago, the cocktail lounge next door.
Also kicking off this holiday season, Jove T.’s Holiday Market at the Primehouse Bar. Every Saturday Nov. 29 through Dec. 20 from 2–4 p.m., the favorite holiday desserts of Executive Pastry Chef Jove T. Hubbard will be featured in a rotating market. Each week will feature a different collection of desserts for $10 in a collectible tin. Complimentary eggnog will be served.
