A new report from SpeedTest.net includes its findings on the fastest airport WiFi across the United States and Canada. Last year, Seattle (SEA) won the top ranking for fastest airport WiFi, but the West Coast hub has been unseated in favor of other airports.

Honolulu (HNL)

Honolulu’s Daniel K. Inouye International Airport offers the fastest WiFi out of all large airports in the United States and Canada. With an average download speed of 145.12 Mbcps, the first-place airport’s download speeds are nearly 40 percent faster than what you’ll find at the second-place airport.

Chicago (MDW)

If it’s fast WiFi at a Chicago airport you’re looking for, don’t look to O’Hare (ORD), which came in 19th on this list. Instead, go to second-place airport Chicago Midway, where average download speeds are 105.51 Mbps.

Seattle (SEA)

Last year’s first-place contender takes third place this year. Seattle’s mean download speed is 98.66 Mbps. This speed fell 4.4 percent over last year.

Nashville (BNA)

Nashville takes fourth place, with an average download speed of 96.95 Mbps and an average upload speed of 112.64 Mbps.

Phoenix (PHX)

Phoenix rounds out the top five with mean download speeds of 93.47 Mbps and mean upload speeds of 93.96 Mbps.

If looking at overall mean upload speeds alone (not download speeds), though, the best airport WiFi can be found at a completely separate airport, one that didn’t even make the top 10. Dallas (DFW) takes the top spot for upload speeds, with a mean speed of 203.50 Mbps.
