W San Francisco’s new FIT is a revolutionary fitness concept, coupled with SOCIAL, a design-forward event venue. The different sections of the fourth-floor space work together to energize guests, and include an outdoor terrace. The cutting-edge gym and event venue transform the property into a lively setting for fitness and more.
FIT, open 24/7, offers state-of-the-art gym equipment for cardio, strength training, Pilates and more. The futuristic space takes a modern approach to fitness, with a central seating structure and self-serve bar. Pulsating tunes help get guests in the mood to work out; FIT was created in collaboration with Tara Stiles, founder and owner of Strala Yoga. The non-traditional fitness concept includes curated in-room workouts and exotic packages.
SOCIAL, a 2,467-square-foot event space, can accommodate up to 200 seated guests, also offering the opportunity to incorporate the patio space. A “fog and dissolve” design theme ties in the Bay Area’s weather patterns.
The two new spaces are a milestone in luxury for the hotel, which offers 404 guestrooms, two popular bars and innovative TRACE restaurant, which combines the personality of the Bay Area with a socially responsible food concept.
